Secretary of the Arbiters' Qualification Commission
He is an International Arbiter (IA), FIDE Master (maximum FIDE rating 2401), and a FIDE Instructor.
СFrom an early age, he has been involved with chess, and in recent years he has been working for the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, engaging in the development of various chess activities.
He holds the post of Secretary of the Arbiters' Qualification Commission.
His is in charge for a wide range of tasks: organizing seminars and tournaments, developing the officiating system, DGT and ID Chess broadcasting, as well as driving the promotion and implementation of initiatives in the Officiating and Fair Play areas.
He is an organizer of qualification seminars for the following titles:
NA (National Arbiter);
FA (FIDE Arbiter);
IA (International Arbiter); and
Fair Play seminars.
He holds an MSc degree in Project Management.
As an arbiter, he has participated in officiating major international competitions, including in the capacity of:
Deputy Chief Arbiter of Central Asian Youth Championship (U8–U18) 2025, Kyrgyzstan;
World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad 2025, Barranquilla, Colombia;
Arbiter of World Junior U20 Championship 2025, Petrovac, Montenegro;
Pairing Arbiter at the President's Cup of the Republic of Tajikistan, Dushanbe; and
Officiating at Asian and World Youth and Adult Championships.
