Kaussar Bauyrzhan is the first International Arbiter of Category B in Kazakhstan, a member of the FIDE Fair Play Commission, and the founder of the Intprofchess chess school.

Since 2015, she has served as an arbiter and Fair Play Officer at various chess events.
She was involved in the most notable tournaments as a member of the board of arbiters, including as follows:

• Women's World Championship match, World Cup, World Blitz and Rapid Championships,
• World and Asian Youth Championships, Continental Championships,
• World Amateur Championships, World Team Rapid Chess Championships, Asian Games.
