Tatyana Rafailovna Verko is an International Arbiter, Woman FIDE Master, and FIDE Trainer.
She worked as a children's chess coach for 20 years and served as the Head of the Chess Youth Sports School in Kostanay for 5 years.
She has 16 years of experience as an arbiter, starting in 2009. She has officiated at numerous international chess tournaments, including the 2025 World School Team Chess Championship in the USA, the 2024 World Rapid and Blitz Championships for Juniors Under 8, 10 and 12 in Albania, and the 2024 Asian Youth Chess Championships Under 8–18 in Almaty.
She has also served as the Chief Arbiter at numerous Kazakhstan Championships for players Under 8–18, the Kazakhstan Team Championship, and the Kazakhstan Senior Championship.
